Evaluate patients\xe2\x80\x99 physical abilities, mobility, and range of motion to develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy interventions and exercises to improve patients\xe2\x80\x99 strength, flexibility, and functional abilities.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-care strategies.
Monitor and track patients\xe2\x80\x99 progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapy goals.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements:

Doctorate or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Physical Therapy.
State licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist.
Clinical experience in physical therapy settings, preferably with diverse patient populations and age groups.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
