Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience in international trading
Full understanding of end-to-end trading cycles - from sourcing to final delivery
Ability to generate P&L on every transaction from Day 1
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and closing skills
Must be target-oriented and capable of hitting monthly profit goals
