Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Photoshop Editor
to join ourPhoto Enhancement Team
. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience inphoto restoration
, with the ability to enhance and reconstruct images while maintaining their authenticity and quality. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of advanced Photoshop techniques.Key Responsibilities:
Restore and enhance old or damaged photographs using
Adobe Photoshop
and related tools. Repairdiscoloration, grain, tears, scratches, and missing image details
to achieve a natural, high-quality finish. Performcolor correction, contrast adjustment, brightness balancing, and sharpening
to ensure visual consistency. Reconstruct missing areas or elements of photographs where possible, ensuring authenticity and accuracy. Maintain image integrity while improving overall aesthetics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure restoration meets required quality standards and timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and consistency.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of professional experience
in photo restoration and enhancement usingAdobe Photoshop
. Strong understanding ofcolor theory, texture blending, lighting, and image composition
. Proven experience inreconstructing missing image parts
andcorrecting severely damaged photos
. Excellent eye for detail and strong aesthetic judgment. Ability to work independently and deliver projects within deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Lightroom, Illustrator) is a plus. Background in photography, graphic design, or visual arts. Knowledge of image archiving and digital preservation standards.
