Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for a range of uses including social media, website, campaigns, product showcases, and events.
Capture both studio and lifestyle photography/videography in line with the company's brand identity.
Maintain and organize photo/video libraries.
Host and record
video interviews with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
to highlight stories and promote trust and transparency.
Content Creation
Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form and long-form content.
Produce engaging content that aligns with marketing goals and target audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content across platforms.
Editing & Post-Production
Perform post-production editing including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and visual standards.
Collaboration & Planning
Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver content accordingly.
Stay updated with trends in photography, videography, and social media to ensure fresh and modern content.
Equipment Management
Maintain and manage all photography and video equipment.
Recommend upgrades and handle setup/teardown for shoots.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, and/or content creator (portfolio required).
Proficiency with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and storytelling ability.
Knowledge of social media trends and content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Degree or diploma in photography, film, multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work on-site and travel to shoot locations as required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
