This role requires
expert proficiency in operating Sony camera systems
, advanced mastery in modern editing and color-grading tools, and strong creative and technical capabilities.
Previous experience in the restaurant and cafe industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Production & Planning
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards for various video projects (case studies, interviews, promotional ads, internal communications, corporate events).
Scout and secure shooting locations and handle all required production logistics and equipment planning.
2. Videography & Production
Serve as the primary videographer, operating and maintaining Sony professional systems (FX series, Alpha series), lenses, and accessories.
Demonstrate advanced lighting, audio recording, and visual composition skills to achieve professional-grade output.
Direct on-screen talent (executives, employees, clients) to ensure strong performance and clear storytelling.
Capture footage that aligns with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and technical standards.
3. Post-Production & Editing
Execute all stages of post-production: logging, rough cut, fine cut, color correction, sound design, and final delivery.
Software Mastery:
DaVinci Resolve - advanced color grading & editing.
Adobe Premiere Pro - editing, motion graphics, and Adobe Suite integration.
CapCut - quick turnaround content for social media.
Design and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and other visual elements.
Perform sound mixing and audio mastering.
Maintain an organized archive of all raw footage, project files, and final deliverables.
4. General
Stay updated with modern video trends, technologies, and best practices in production and post-production.
Ensure all produced content adheres to copyright and media usage regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in a professional videography and editing role, preferably in corporate or creative agencies.
Camera Expertise:
Mandatory proficiency with Sony professional cameras, lenses, settings, and picture profiles.
Editing Software:
Expert in DaVinci Resolve (especially color grading)
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong working knowledge of After Effects, Audition, Photoshop
Familiarity with CapCut for fast edits
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of codecs, formats, aspect ratios, and platform delivery standards.
Soft Skills:
Organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio:
A strong professional showreel covering various styles (corporate, documentary, promotional, social).
Additional Requirements
Age must not exceed 35 years.
