Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer/Videographer to join our team and help visually document the services, staff, and patient experience at our medical center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and internal communications, ensuring that all media reflects the professionalism and values of our healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute photo and video shoots of medical treatments, staff, facilities, events, and patient testimonials (with consent). Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content aligned with branding and campaign goals. Edit and retouch images/videos to a professional standard using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. Maintain an organized library of media files for easy access and reuse. Assist with social media content creation and visual storytelling for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Ensure all content complies with patient privacy (HIPAA or local regulations) and brand guidelines. Manage photography/videography equipment and studio setup as needed. Stay up to date with current trends in healthcare media, digital marketing, and content strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in photography and videography, ideally in a healthcare, corporate, or commercial setting. Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment. Strong skills in photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical or clinical environments. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator). Knowledge of Arabic and English (if applicable to the region). Understanding of SEO and social media engagement strategies.
