Premier Capital Real Estate is looking for a skilled
photographer/videographer
with strong
editing capabilities
to produce high-quality visual content for real estate listings. The ideal candidate has experience shooting residential and/or commercial properties and understands how to capture spaces in a way that enhances their appeal.
Responsibilities:
Photograph and film interior and exterior spaces of apartment, villas, offices
Edit photos and videos, including color correction, stabilization, and sound
Produce marketing-ready visual media for listings, social platforms, and virtual tours
Collaborate with agents/clients to meet branding and style requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate photography & videography
Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Reliable gear and transportation
Strong attention to detail; ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in English Language
Portfolio required
