We are seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer to support our marketing and branding initiatives through visually compelling content that showcases our properties and brand identity.

Role Overview

The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content for property listings, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and corporate communication. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, excellent technical skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, both interior and exterior. Produce lifestyle, branding, and promotional visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content plans. Edit and retouch photos, and perform color grading and post-production on video footage. Manage and organize digital assets to ensure easy access and archiving. Cover company events, launches, behind-the-scenes footage, and corporate activities. Ensure timely delivery of all visual content according to project deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Experience in real estate or architectural photography/videography is an advantage. Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, stabilizers, drones (if applicable), and audio gear. Advanced skills in photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to travel to various project sites as needed. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
