Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites regularly to capture progress and milestone photos. Take

high-resolution images

of exteriors, interiors, and major structural developments. Ensure

consistent framing, angles, and lighting

across all project updates. Coordinate with the project and marketing teams to plan photo schedules. Edit and deliver photos in required formats and within deadlines. Maintain proper organization and archiving of photo files. Follow all

safety guidelines

and obtain necessary permissions before site entry.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

construction, architectural, or real estate photography

. Proficiency with

Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and drone photography, Videography

(preferred). Strong understanding of

lighting, composition, and color correction

. Knowledge of

Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop

or similar editing tools. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Ability to work independently and travel to various project sites.
