We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience capturing high-quality photos and videos, preferably within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling content that showcases properties and aligns with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture professional-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties. Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure visuals highlight property features and meet client expectations. Use drones, lighting equipment, and editing software to deliver polished final products. Maintain and organize media files for easy access and usage. Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques in real estate photography and videography.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, with a portfolio (real estate work strongly preferred). Proficiency with professional cameras, drones, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom). Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through visuals. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to travel to property locations as required.
