Purpose of the Role

This role is designed to ensure consistent, high-quality video content production across all markets, with a core responsibility for

filming in Dubai

and

editing for global branches

. The position also includes overseeing and guiding

freelance video teams in other countries

, ensuring alignment with the brand's creative direction and standards.

Scope of Work

1. Video Production (Dubai)

Carry out all video shootings required for Dubai branches Capture brand-relevant, high-quality content on-site

2. Video Editing (Global)

Manage the entire post-production process (editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics) for all international content Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, message, and style

3. Creative & Technical Direction

Prepare storyboards and visual direction for each project Guide freelance videographers abroad with creative and technical instructions Maintain creative consistency and technical quality across regions

4. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the internal marketing and creative teams Coordinate with freelance production teams in other countries Provide support and direction before and after remote shoots

5. Asset Management

Organize, archive, and manage all video files Track and maintain basic shooting/editing equipment as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in video production and editing Strong filming and directing skills, especially for in-person shoots Advanced level in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop Experience coordinating production processes with international teams Solid portfolio demonstrating creative, brand-consistent work Fluency in English and Turkish Strong time management, attention to detail, and a high level of organization

The role is based in Dubai but includes editing and coordination responsibilities for content from all branches Time zone flexibility may be needed when working with global teams

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
