Real Estate Photography & Videography:

Provide Properties Photos on Demand: Coordinate and capture professional photographs and videos, showcasing exterior and interior aspects of properties, highlighting essential rooms and the flow of space. Ensure lighting, composition, and framing are optimized to highlight the property's best attributes and luxurious aesthetics. We require two types of photo formats: high-resolution photos and resized photos for the property finder (1312 x 894). Including the requested watermark logo on the video or photo requested by the agents. If the assigned Photographer or videographer is absent, you are responsible for covering the task on that day.
Video Production & Editing:

Podcast Content & Production: Create and make compelling content/videos for our agents and investment podcast. Digital Video Production: Shooting video session, edit & production using Adobe premiere or any other related programs. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Coordinate efforts to illustrate videos effectively. Identify agents' needs and recommend new topics/videos: Understand gaps in our content and propose relevant ideas. Collaboration and Set-Up: Work with agents to ensure proper pre-production set-up, including staging, lighting, and arrangement for the shoot. Editing and Post-Production: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for editing and post-production of materials to ensure high-quality output. Providing vertical video content to showcase the property we want to advertise on social media. Responsible for recording the Monday meeting video and submitting it within 24 hours. Editing the videos captured on that day needs to be completed within two days. Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
SKIILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in photography/videography, preferably in real estate or a related field. Must be based in UAE and have real estate experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere & After Effects. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management. Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
