MEA Properties LLC is seeking a skilled and creative

Photographer

with a strong background in

real estate photography

and

social media content creation

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing professional visuals of properties and managing engaging content across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph and film residential and commercial properties for listings and marketing campaigns. Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet high visual standards. Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Visit project sites regularly for content capture. Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and strategy. Ensure timely delivery and uploading of content. Organize and maintain a digital media archive.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate photography (portfolio required). Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of current social media trends and content strategies. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
