Role Overview
We're looking for a talented, resourceful, and highly creative
Photographer / Videographer
to join our in-house production team. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative with strong skills in both photography and videography, with experience shooting both in-studio and on location. You'll be responsible for bringing creative briefs to life through stunning visual content across campaigns, social, editorial, and commercial work.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots in studio and on location
Work closely with the Creative, Social, and Production teams to understand brand goals and translate them into visual content
Direct and manage lighting, composition, styling, and framing for both still and moving content
Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, and sound equipment
Capture a wide range of content: product, fashion/editorial, behind-the-scenes, interviews, events, and digital ads
Post-produce photos and videos with a sharp eye for editing, color grading, and storytelling
Stay updated on trends in photography, videography, lighting, and content creation
Organize and archive all shoot materials in a structured, accessible format
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in photography and videography (agency or studio preferred)
Proficiency in camera systems (Canon, Sony, or RED), studio lighting setups, and audio equipment
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to shoot across styles (lifestyle, editorial, product, BTS, etc.)
Proven ability to lead shoots and work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong understanding of composition, color, and visual storytelling
Must have a portfolio showcasing both photography and videography work
Comfortable with fast turnarounds and high-volume content creation
Driver's license and willingness to travel locally for shoots
Nice to Have
Experience with drone operation or 360 video
Motion graphics or animation knowledge
Fashion, beauty, or luxury content background
Arabic-speaking is a plus
