Plan and create visually appealing and high-converting marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and reels.
Write captivating product descriptions, promotional content, and occasion-based messaging to enhance customer experience.
Manage and grow our social media presence by interacting with followers and responding to comments/messages.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Stay updated with industry trends, seasonal flower preferences, and competitor strategies to optimize content performance.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills with a creative storytelling approach.
Experience with social media marketing and familiarity with platform algorithms.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
Passion for flowers, gifting, and creating engaging brand experiences.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Photography and videography skills.
Experience in e-commerce or floral industry content.
Influencer marketing experience.
