Are you passionate about photography, videography, and content creation? Join our team at Nest and Rest Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C., where you'll play a key role in showcasing beautiful apartments and creating engaging content for our marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of vacation rental apartments for online listings

Edit and enhance images/videos to meet listing standards and brand guidelines

Create short promotional reels and lifestyle content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Assist with content ideas for marketing campaigns

Maintain an organized archive of content

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate, interior, or lifestyle photography/videography

Skilled in editing tools (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Strong sense of aesthetics, lighting, and composition

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Own camera gear is a plus
