GCC Real Estate LLC is looking for a
skilled and experienced Photographer/Videographer & Graphic Designer
with a strong background in
real estate media production
. If you're passionate about capturing stunning visuals and creating impactful marketing content for the property industry, we want you on our team!
Photographer/Videographer Responsibilities:
Shoot high-quality real estate photos and videos (interior, exterior, drone)
Produce professional video walkthroughs and promotional content
Edit and enhance media content to meet branding and quality standards
Coordinate with agents for scheduling and creative direction
Deliver final media assets efficiently and on time
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
Design brochures, flyers, social media posts, and marketing materials tailored to real estate
Create branding assets and visual content for listings and campaigns
Edit and retouch property images for online and print platforms
Maintain design consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements:
Real estate experience is a must
- only applicants with real estate media/design portfolios will be considered
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of property branding, layout design, and digital marketing content
Skilled in drone photography/videography is a plus
Strong time management and attention to detail
UAE driving license preferred
