We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Photographer & Videographer

to join our team. You will play a critical role in producing high-quality, visually appealing content that brings our listings to life and supports our brand across digital marketing materials, and client presentations. This role plays a key part in showcasing properties in a visually compelling way to drive interest and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-resolution images and videos of interior and exterior spaces, architectural details, and surrounding environments. Edit and retouch photos and videos for use in online listings, social media, brochures, and presentations to match brand aesthetics. Use lighting, composition, and staging techniques to enhance the visual appeal of each property.
Produce property walkthrough videos, agent introduction clips, neighborhood highlight videos, and lifestyle content to support brand storytelling.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure each property's best features are highlighted.
Take lifestyle and branding shots to complement listing visuals.

Edit videos to include smooth transitions, background music, voiceovers, branding, and call-to-action overlays

Organize and maintain a database of media assets for easy access and distribution. Maintain brand consistency in all deliverables. Ensure all shoots are scheduled, conducted, and delivered in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with photography and videography trends in the real estate industry. Suggest creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media content, and branding visuals. Assist in creating content for company events, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and team features. Deliver both long-form videos (e.g., full property tours) and short-form content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, teasers).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in real estate or architecture. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
