Position Overview: As a Photographer/Videographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality visual content that highlights the unique features and selling points of our properties. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to produce stunning photography and video content that engages our target audience and drives interest in our listings. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing their creative talent and expertise in real estate or related industries. Responsibilities: - Capture professional-quality photographs and videos of our properties, including interior and exterior shots, aerial views, and lifestyle imagery, that effectively showcase their key features and appeal to potential buyers or renters. - Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual impact and ensure they meet our brand standards and specifications. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content, including property tours, virtual walkthroughs, and promotional videos. - Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, including photos and videos, to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval for marketing campaigns and other promotional activities. - Stay current with photography and videography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 3-4 years of professional experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative talent and proficiency in real estate or architectural photography/videography. - Proficiency in digital photography and videography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere). - Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail, with the ability to capture and convey the unique characteristics and appeal of each property. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. - Experience with drone photography and videography is a plus. - Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology is preferred.
