JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Videographer/Photographer Target Date: December 2023 Reporting Line: Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Position Overview Support Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to create engaging and on-brand videos and images for a variety of media that visually convey the marketing message. The Videographer/Photographer creates work that are a crucial part of the marketing deliverables which drive business growth and company goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with marketing team to develop the concept
• Conduct research necessary for the project
• Prepare references, shooting plans and present ideas
• Create creative and compelling content in different formats (images, videos) suited for the marketing needs to achieve the business goals
• Editing and processing videos and images with necessary tools
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc.)
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, background and any elements needed for the shoots
• Direct participants and arrange the sets for the shoots
• Archive the works and maintain database
• Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures
• Keep up with trends on content production for different platforms

• > 5 years of experience
• > 2 years of experience in the UAE
• Strong track record of professional shooting experience in relevant industries
• A strong portfolio of images and videos
• Proficient with traditional and modern equipment
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software
• Expertise in editing videos for social content
• Competency in applying photographic and videographic best practices and techniques
• Knowledge of production process for online publishing and post-production techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Proficient in MS Office Suite or equivalent software
• Well organized and work well under pressure
• Proactivity, Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
• Independent and responsible work ethics and entrepreneurial spirit
• Degree in Film, Communications, Broadcasting, Arts, Design or related field is a plus
