Responsibilities

• Video shoot/ Photoshoot homes listed for sale or rent to meet the online marketing needs
• Taking photos and videos of buildings, amenities, areas, people and properties
• Meet brokers/clients on site and perform photo sessions
• Take videos of interior and exterior space of residences
• Ensure good photo and video composition, angles and positioning of the space taken
• Professional editing of photos to bring out the best of the property

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture photography and videography.
• Have a strong real estate or luxury interior portfolio
• Videography skills are required
• Driving license and car are a plus
• Your own photography equipment to include camera and publishing laptop
• Profound software skillset of Adobe Creative Suite incl. Lightroom, DXO Plugins, Photoshop and Premiere, Da Vinci
• Knowledge of image framing theory/technics
