Position Overview

Support Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to create engaging and on-brand videos, images, and

graphics for a variety of media that visually convey the marketing message. The photographer/designer creates work

that is a crucial part of the marketing deliverables which drive business growth and company goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with the marketing team to develop the concept.

- Conduct research necessary for the project

- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

- Prepare references, shooting plans and present ideas.

Graphic Design:

- Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand.

- Work with marketing team produce final design.

- Test graphics across various media

- Amend designs after feedback.

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

- Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used.

- Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content the company uses.

Photography/Videography:

- Create creative and compelling content in different formats (images, videos) suited for the marketing needs to achieve the

business goals.

- Editing and processing videos and images with necessary tools

- Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc.)

- Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, background, and any elements needed for the shoots.

- Direct participants and arrange the sets for the shoots.

- Archive the works and maintain database.

- Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.

- Keep up with trends on content production for different platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

- > 5 years of experience

- > 2 years of experience in the UAE

- Strong track record of professional shooting experience in relevant industries

- A strong portfolio of images and videos

- Proficient with traditional and modern equipment

- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software

- Expertise in editing videos for social content

- Competency in applying photographic and videographic best practices and techniques

- Knowledge of production process for online publishing and post-production techniques

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Proficient in MS Office Suite or equivalent software

- Well organized and work well under pressure

- Proactivity, Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking

- Independent and responsible work ethics and entrepreneurial spirit

- Degree in Film, Communications, Broadcasting, Arts, Design or related field is a plus
