Position Overview: As a Photographer and Videographer at Media Collab, you will play a pivotal role in capturing compelling visual content that enhances our clients\' digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating stunning photographs and videos that resonate with audiences and convey our clients\' messages effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Photography and Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their visual content needs, campaign objectives, and brand identity.
• Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Lighting and Composition: Pay meticulous attention to lighting, composition, and other technical aspects to produce visually striking content.
• Content Editing: Edit and retouch photos and videos as needed to enhance their quality and visual appeal.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets, including photos, videos, and related files for easy access and use in campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketers, content creators, and designers, to integrate visual content seamlessly into campaigns.
• Deadline Management: Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality visual content standards.
• Client Presentations: Present visual content concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional photography and videography experience, preferably in a digital agency or marketing context.
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment and software tools.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of current trends in photography, videography, and digital marketing.
