Key Responsibilities:
Capture professional
photographs and videos
of properties, interiors, exteriors, and community surroundings.
Edit and produce
high-quality visual content
for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
Develop
creative concepts and storyboards
to showcase real estate projects effectively.
Choosing appropriate lenses and focal lengths to capture different perspectives, compositions, and styles of photography.
Setting up and adjusting lighting equipment, such as studio lights, reflectors, and modifiers to create desired lighting effects and enhance subject illumination.
Controlling natural light sources and ambient lighting conditions to achieve balanced exposure and avoid harsh shadows or overexposure.
Directing and guiding models during the photo shoot to achieve natural poses and expressions.
Capturing a variety of shots and angles to provide a range of options and choices for final images.
Reviewing and selecting the best images from the photo shoot based on technical quality, composition and alignment.
Manage lighting, composition, and post-production to ensure
high-quality output

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with
branding and marketing strategies
.
Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate photography and videography.
Requirements
Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
Proven experience in real estate photography & videography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.).
Experience in video editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
Skilled in using professional camera equipment and drones.
Strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography and videography projects.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Experience with 360-degree virtual tours and 3D walkthroughs.
Knowledge of social media content trends related to real estate marketing.
A background in graphic design is a plus.
