Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Photographer & Videographer

to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, a passion for storytelling, and technical expertise in both photography and videography.

Key Responsibilities:Photography:

Capture professional photos for products, events, social media, website, and marketing materials. Plan and execute photoshoots, including setting up lighting, backdrops, and styling. Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom or similar tools. Maintain and organize a digital photo library for easy access and reuse.

Videography:

Plan, shoot, and edit video content including interviews, behind-the-scenes, promotional videos, tutorials, and event coverage. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards and scripts. Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Add motion graphics, transitions, audio, and effects to enhance videos. Ensure all video content is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for various platforms (web, social media, YouTube, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of professional experience in photography and videography. Proficient with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear. Strong editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop). Excellent visual storytelling and composition skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or drone photography is a plus. Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and video compression for different platforms.
