Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of our properties to showcase their unique features and attract potential buyers and tenants. Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site photo and video shoots of properties, including interior and exterior shots, and lifestyle images/videos.
Ensure that all images and videos accurately represent the property and highlight its key features and selling points.
Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain consistency with our brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for our website, social media channels, property listings, and promotional materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and videography to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Photographer / Videographer, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in photography/videography techniques, equipment, and editing softwares.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate photography and videography.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture high-quality images and videos in various lighting conditions.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas for visual content.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and commute to different locations as needed.
