We are looking for a talented videographer/photographer/editor who can capture the beauty, unique features and enticing atmosphere of each property. You will have a vital role in enhancing our company's image and attracting potential clients and investors.

In addition, he should have an experience in social media marketing using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and the like.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, plan and draft eye-catching content

2. Take photos and videos of real estate projects for sale and/or rent including buildings, amenities, and other features

3. Coordinate with brokers/clients on-site and perform shooting sessions

4. Edit photos and videos professionally to bring out the distinct features of a property and create a polished final product

5. Support management and agents with photo/video content for company social media activities

6. Ensure that contents strictly follow the guidelines set by each developer/agency

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in photography, videography and editing

2. Minimum of 2 year's experience in social media marketing

3. Proficiency in using digital and non-digital cameras

4. Excellent editing skills

5. Graphic design experience is a plus

6. Ability to create visually compelling photos/videos and engaging storytelling through videos.

7. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills

9. Must be a team player
