We are seeking a talented Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing & Business Development team at Hadef & Partners. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively represents our brand, showcases our people, and documents firm events. The ideal candidate will bring a professional, creative eye to capturing the essence of our firms culture, expertise, and accomplishments. Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively represents our brand, showcases our people, and documents firm events. The ideal candidate will bring a professional, creative eye to capturing the essence of our firms culture, expertise, and accomplishments. Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and video firm events, including seminars, conferences, networking functions, and internal celebrations
- Create professional portraits and team photographs of our lawyers and staff for the website, social media, and marketing materials
- Develop creative visual concepts for firm brochures, the website, and digital marketing campaigns
- Edit and retouch photographs to ensure consistency with our brand guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain an organized digital library of photographs with appropriate metadata and tagging
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team to identify photography needs and opportunities
- Support the creation of visual content for social media platforms
- Document the firms community engagement and CSR initiatives
- Capture images of our office spaces and working environment for promotional use
- Stay current with photography trends and techniques relevant to professional services
- Bachelors degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in corporate, event, and portrait photography
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment and lighting techniques
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant photo editing software
- Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of digital asset management and file organization
- Experience working in professional services or corporate environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with UAE cultural considerations for photography is a plus
