Duties

Operate professional video recording equipment to capture footage for diverse projects. Edit videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to create engaging visual stories. Enhance footage through colour correction and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage social media platforms by scheduling and publishing video content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards. Maintain equipment, organise digital files systematically, and ensure all content meets quality standards. Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, photography, and social media management to continually improve content quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in videography, photography, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and other editing tools such as Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of Capture One for colour grading and photo editing purposes. Familiarity with social media management platforms and creating content tailored for various channels. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong understanding of journalism principles and storytelling techniques through visual media. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A keen eye for detail, colour accuracy, and composition to produce visually compelling content.
