Key Capital Properties is a leading real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in premium properties and providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team and help showcase our properties through high-quality visual content.

Job Overview:

As a Photographer/Videographer at Key Capital Properties, you will be responsible for capturing and producing stunning photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and attracting potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots. Utilize advanced camera equipment and editing software to produce visually compelling content.

Content Creation:

Create engaging promotional videos, virtual tours, and property walkthroughs. Develop creative concepts for visual content that align with our brand and marketing strategies.

Editing & Post-Production:

Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure the highest quality and consistency. Prepare final content for use on our website, social media, and other marketing platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to understand content requirements and project objectives. Coordinate with property managers and real estate agents to schedule photo and video shoots.

Maintenance & Equipment:

Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in the real estate or property sector. Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality real estate photography and videography. Excellent eye for detail, composition, and lighting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and property types is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of professional experience in real estate in photography and videography.
