Dubai Video Production Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for photo and video production for company projects and personal branding (IP), including but not limited to short videos, live streams, and promotional videos;

Fully understand script requirements, have experience in short video operations, be familiar with platform rules, and have a strong sense of visual storytelling;

Edit, color grade, and add effects to videos based on project needs, ensuring high-quality visuals and overall presentation.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in short video operations is preferred;

Proficient in using PR / PS / AE / CapCut / DaVinci (knowledge of several is preferred); comfortable working with cameras, smartphones, and gimbals;

Strong photography skills, good at guiding talent during shoots, and able to produce final footage according to different scripts;

Basic graphic design skills with a good aesthetic sense;

Basic English communication skills;

Some assignments require outdoor shooting - UAE driving license is required.

Note: This role focuses mainly on filming, with only minor editing required for some projects.

Salary + commission based on closed deals.
