Job Description
We are looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer & Marketing/Advertisement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality property images, videos, and marketing materials that showcase our listings and attract potential buyers or tenants.
Responsibilities:
Capture professional photographs and videos of properties (interiors, exteriors) Edit and enhance photos and videos for listings and promotional campaigns Develop marketing and advertising strategies for property promotion Create engaging content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to plan property shoots and campaigns Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels Monitor market trends and competitor listings to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate photography and marketing Strong skills in photo and video editing software. Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to different properties as needed
