Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to understand the visual requirements for each project.
- Develop a creative vision and strategy for capturing high-quality images of our food and events.
- Set up and arrange equipment such as lights, backdrops, and props to create the perfect shot.
- Capture and edit images using advanced digital photography techniques and software.
- Ensure that all images are of high quality and meet the visual standards set by the company.
- Manage and organize a large library of digital images, ensuring that all files are properly named, tagged, and stored.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a professional photographer in the hospitality industry, with a strong portfolio of food and event photography.
- Proficiency in advanced digital photography techniques and software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment, as well as camera equipment and settings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing compositions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor\'s degree in photography or a related field is preferred.
