We work with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, perfume, F&B, real estate, and corporate brands across the UAE and GCC, delivering high-quality visual content and creative campaigns.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, in-house Commercial Photographer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a refined creative eye, and experience producing high-quality commercial imagery. This role requires close collaboration with videographers, creative directors, content strategists, and post-production teams. This is not a freelance position and requires on-site presence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality commercial photography for products, lifestyle campaigns, branding projects, corporate portraits, and events when required. Plan and execute professional lighting setups for studio and on-location shoots. Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Strategists, and Videography team on concepts, shot lists, and mood boards. Ensure all photography aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction. Manage and maintain photography equipment, lighting gear, and studio assets. Coordinate closely with photo editors and post-production teams to ensure smooth handover and timely delivery. Maintain organized file structures and follow asset delivery standards. Support creative planning and visual development when needed.
Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in commercial photography. Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, product, and lifestyle photography. Advanced understanding of studio and natural lighting techniques. Strong sense of composition, color accuracy, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. Strong communication skills and ability to take and contribute to creative direction. Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Skills

Experience in luxury, perfume, fashion, or product photography. Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms. Basic understanding of video production workflows is an advantage. Team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
Working Hours and Schedule

This is a full-time, in-house position based in Dubai.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Working Days:
Alternating schedule as follows:
Week 1: 5 working days
Week 2: 6 working days

This pattern repeats on a 5 / 6 working day cycle.
