. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties to be used for marketing, listings, and promotional purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture professional photos and videos of properties (interior, exterior, and community areas).
Edit and enhance images/videos to meet marketing standards.
Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to schedule property shoots.
Ensure timely delivery of media for listings and advertising platforms.
Maintain photography equipment in excellent working condition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate photographer (portfolio required).
Candidate must be located in Dubai. (Mandatory)
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to showcase properties in the best light.
Familiarity with drone photography/videography is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
