About the Role We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for photography. We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer to produce photos and videos. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Photoshoot interior & exterior of property listings; Photos & Videos
- Expertise in residential and commercial property photoshoots
- Retouch, enhance & edit the photos on Adobe Suite Applications
- Organize, plan and schedule photoshoots efficiently
- Resizing & watermarking the photos for online publishing.
- Obtain necessary permits for the photoshoot.
- Collaborate with marketing team for promotional shoots and company events.
- Have a strong portfolio
- Minimum 6 months professional photography experience in Real Estate
- Have a solid and impressive real estate portfolio
- Comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and equipment
- Professional Expert with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions & multiple deadlines
