Key Responsibilities:
Videography:
Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties, interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle scenes.
Plan and execute creative shoot concepts for property listings, promotional videos, and social media reels.
Operate cameras, drones, lighting, and stabilizers to achieve professional results.
Editing:
Edit videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns with a strong focus on real estate storytelling.
Add transitions, music, voiceovers, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
Maintain consistent brand style and visual identity across all projects.

hotography (optional but preferred):
Capture professional property photos for listings and marketing use.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a videographer/editor -- preferably in
real estate, lifestyle, or luxury marketing
.
? Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
? Knowledge of drone operation and basic color grading.
? Strong sense of storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
? Ability to work under deadlines and deliver creative ideas.
? Familiarity with social media formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, or related field.
Experience in real estate or architecture videography.
Own camera/drone equipment (added advantage).
