The Photographer/Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos that support the organization's creative and marketing needs. This role involves planning, shooting, editing, and delivering visual content that aligns with brand standards and project goals. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced with professional camera equipment and editing software.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography & Videography
Capture high-quality photos and videos for events, campaigns, marketing materials, and social media.
Plan and execute shoots, including lighting, staging, and composition.
Operate professional cameras, audio equipment, drones (if licensed), stabilizers, and lighting tools.
Conduct on-site and studio shoots as required.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
Color-correct, retouch, and enhance content for final delivery.
Assemble raw footage into polished video content with audio, graphics, and motion elements.
Maintain consistent style and quality across all creative output.
Creative Development
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and event teams to develop visual concepts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for content strategies.
Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand identity and project objectives.
Project Management
Manage shoot schedules, shot lists, and production timelines.
Organize and archive media files for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with clients, talent, or teams for pre-production planning.
Technical & Equipment Maintenance
Maintain and organize camera gear, lighting equipment, and accessories.
Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots.
Stay updated with the latest photography/videography trends and equipment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a photographer and/or videographer.
Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and video work.
Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects preferred).
Understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
