We're Hiring - Marketing Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize landing pages with lead magnets to drive conversions. Execute retargeting and PPC campaigns across search engines and social media platforms. Implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and publish SEO-friendly content. Develop content strategies and coordinate creative execution across channels. Manage targeted email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns, including automation. Post daily content and actively engage with audiences across social media platforms. Ensure brand and design consistency across all visuals and communications. Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and optimize marketing efforts. Run A/B and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests to improve results. Set up automations, dashboards, and API integrations to streamline marketing operations. Handle marketing IT tools and operations infrastructure. Monitor market and competitor behavior to support strategic planning. Plan multi-channel campaigns and manage budgets to maximize ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, adopting new marketing technologies as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media trends, and marketing automation. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
