Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality images and videos of real estate properties (interior, exterior, aerial if applicable)
Edit photos and videos for online listings, advertisements, and social media
Create short promotional videos tailored for real estate marketing
Work closely with real estate agents and marketing team to understand project goals
Maintain equipment and manage digital assets
Deliver content within tight deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate photography and videography experience
Proficiency in DSLR cameras, gimbals, drones (if applicable), and lighting equipment
Skilled in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong portfolio showcasing both real estate photos and video ads
Ability to manage multiple shoots and edits efficiently
Creative eye, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
