Multimedia Specialist -

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Multimedia Specialist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, editing, and managing various types of multimedia content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Your work will span video production, graphic design, motion graphics, photography, and the development of digital assets for both internal and external communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop compelling video content for marketing initiatives, social media platforms, and internal messaging Create visual assets including graphics, motion graphics, infographics, and digital layouts Capture and edit photographs for events, campaigns, product features, and projects Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate ideas into impactful visual content Operate and maintain multimedia production tools and software Organize and manage a digital media archive Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards Keep up with emerging trends in multimedia, video editing, and digital storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command of multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with video production, including filming, lighting, and audio techniques Ability to edit high-quality videos and create animations Solid understanding of visual design, composition, and storytelling Basic photography skills and experience with photo editing software Awareness of social media content formats and platform-specific requirements High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Effective communication and collaboration skills A degree or diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred Previous experience in a similar multimedia role is advantageous
