Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Videographer, Photographer & Editor

who can bring our brand and properties to life through compelling visual storytelling. From luxury real estate shoots to lifestyle content and social media reels, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals that align with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and team interviews. Capture high-quality photos of real estate properties (interior, exterior, community shots). Edit videos for social media (Reels, YouTube, TikTok) with attention to trends, pacing, and branding. Manage all aspects of post-production including color grading, audio syncing, transitions, and motion graphics. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content that drives engagement and conversions. Maintain and manage all video/photo equipment. Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing (portfolio required). Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop & After Effects. Strong knowledge of lighting, camera handling, framing, and shooting techniques. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling. Experience shooting for real estate, architecture, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
