The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will capture stunning visuals that highlight the unique features of our properties, helping to attract potential buyers and elevate our brand presence in the market. Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties. - Edit and retouch images and footage to ensure professional presentation. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for listings, brochures, websites, and social media. - Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment. - Stay updated with industry trends and new production techniques to enhance visual content. - Ensure all content aligns with the brand's style and messaging guidelines. - Take content for all social media platforms - Edit content and videos



Requirements

Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in the real estate industry. - Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). - Strong creative and storytelling skills to showcase properties effectively. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team and clients. - Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
