Key Responsibilities

Videography

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, and internal communications Operate video cameras, lighting, microphones, and stabilizing equipment Set up and manage lighting and audio for indoor and outdoor shoots Capture corporate videos, interviews, events, promotional videos, reels, and short-form content Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) Add graphics, subtitles, music, color grading, and basic motion effects as required Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and platform specifications
Photography

Capture high-quality photographs for products, events, corporate portraits, lifestyle, and marketing materials Set up photography equipment, including lighting, backdrops, and props Edit and retouch images using software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all images Organize, store, and manage photo assets effectively
Creative & Planning

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards Suggest creative ideas and improvements for visual content Stay updated on industry trends, social media formats, and visual storytelling techniques
Equipment & Asset Management

Maintain, handle, and troubleshoot camera, lighting, and editing equipment Manage digital files, backups, and archives Ensure safe handling and proper storage of equipment
Compliance & Quality

Ensure content complies with company branding, copyright, and legal guidelines Meet deadlines and deliver content according to project timelines Maintain high production quality and attention to detail
Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Photography, Multimedia, or related field (preferred) Proven experience as a videographer and photographer in UAE for 2-5 years Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video work
Required Skills

Proficiency in camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras) Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling Ability to work independently and in a team Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)

Drone photography/videography (with license, if required) Motion graphics or animation skills Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) Knowledge of brand and digital marketing strategies
