Ensure to pay attention to detail of each shot/ click taken. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfCreate engaging, informative and motivating images/ videos focused on the target audience. * \xef\xbb\xbfDirect participants of their role, in all photo/ video shoots to obtain the best results. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfArchive all edited photographic/video graphic clips and maintain a well-organized database * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfMaintain an in depth understanding of photography/ videography best practices and procedures. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfStudy design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on the requirements and present ideas to the Reporting Personnel; amend as per the feedback. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each photo taken. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfWork with the concerned Marketing Division to produce final image/ video i.e. content writer, graphics etc. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfCommunicating with the reporting personnel about layout, design and storyboard. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfReviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfBuild and manage a photography calendar * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfCreate content for all online and offline platforms. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfUpdate website content as instructed by the Reporting personnel. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfBrainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with the Reporting Personnel. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfDevelop excellent communication, creative, and multi-tasking skills to meet the Company performance standards. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfReview new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in the respective area of expertise. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfUpdate and highlight the latest trends and best practices for both online and offline marketing to the Reporting personnel. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEvaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Report useful findings to the reporting personnel. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfMonitoring competitors position online i.e., websites, social media and provide brief feedback to the reporting personnel. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure every task carried out is \'Google friendly\' * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure every task carried out is in line by international and local laws and regulations i.e. across social media, mention of news about renowned people or brands, customer images and feedback etc. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEnsure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone). * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfConfirm the correct usage of all content ensuring in line with the Company standards. * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfComplete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the reporting personnel in a timely manner to obtain sufficient results; All tasks to be in line with the reporting personnel\'s instructions and approval. Qualifications: * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfProven professional shooting experience * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEye-catching portfolio * Proficient with traditional and modern * Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfCompetency in applying photographic best practices and techniques * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfKnowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAbility to juggle multiple tasks * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfPhotography degree or similar qualification * \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfGood time management skills.
