Job Description

The Photographer/Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of properties for sale or rent. This role plays a crucial part in showcasing the properties in their best light, creating visual content that will be used across multiple marketing platforms, including online, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials. The goal is to ensure that properties stand out and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties for marketing and sales purposes. Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure they meet company standards and branding guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with property owners and agents for scheduling photo and video shoots. Create video tours and walkthroughs for real estate listings. Ensure all content is delivered on time and is aligned with marketing objectives. Assist with creative direction for photo and video shoots, contributing to the overall vision of marketing campaigns. Maintain and manage photography and video equipment. Stay updated on the latest photography and videography trends, tools, and best practices Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, ideally in real estate or similar industries. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality real estate photography and video work. Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Knowledge of lighting, composition, and camera techniques for real estate photography. Experience with drone photography/videography is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry. Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Media, or related field. Previous experience in real estate marketing or video production. Knowledge of 3D/Virtual Tours or CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) is a plus.
