Location: Dubai, UAE Open Home Properties LLC, a premier real estate company based in Dubai, is currently seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Photographer and Graphic Designer at Open Home Properties LLC, you will play a key role in capturing captivating images of our properties and creating visually appealing graphics to support our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Photography:
- Capture high-quality, compelling images of residential and commercial properties for use in marketing materials, websites, and social media.
- Ensure that property images accurately represent the features, layout, and aesthetic appeal of each property.
- Coordinate property photo shoots, including scheduling appointments, arranging staging, and selecting optimal angles and lighting.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements, to promote property listings and company branding.
- Create engaging social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads to attract potential clients and drive engagement.
- Develop branding elements and visual identities for property developments and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance property photos to achieve the desired aesthetic and quality standards.
- Retouch images as needed to remove imperfections, adjust colors, and improve overall visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that images and graphics align with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that effectively communicates key messages and engages the target audience.
- Assist in the creation of video content, virtual tours, and multimedia presentations to showcase properties and enhance marketing efforts.
- Proven experience as a photographer and graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in photography techniques, equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous photography and graphic design work.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in photography, graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
