Real Estate Photographer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties to showcase our listings across digital platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to bring properties to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Photograph and film residential and commercial properties for marketing and promotional purposes.
Edit and enhance images and videos to meet brand standards and visual consistency.
Coordinate with agents, marketing teams, and clients to schedule shoots and understand project requirements.
Ensure proper lighting, composition, and staging of properties to highlight key features.
Maintain photography equipment and manage digital assets in an organized manner.
Deliver final photos and videos on time, optimized for web and social media use.
Stay up to date with trends in real estate photography and marketing.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating property photography and video work.
Proficiency with
DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
,
lighting equipment
, and
photo editing software
(e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
Excellent eye for composition, color, and detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots efficiently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
