Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Curation and Enhancement:

• Curate and select photographs for various marketing projects, ensuring they align with our clients\' objectives and brand identity.
• Enhance and retouch images to elevate their composition, color, and overall quality.
• Digital Asset Management:

• Maintain a meticulously organized digital asset library, categorizing and tagging photos for easy retrieval.
• Implement consistent file naming conventions to ensure efficient asset management.
• Collaborative Creativity:

• Collaborate closely with photographers and other team members to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the visual elements align seamlessly with our clients\' marketing goals.
• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all final images meet our rigorous quality standards and are prepared for publication or use across various marketing channels.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and rectify any errors or imperfections.
• Software Expertise:

• Utilize industry-standard photo editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, to perform advanced editing and retouching tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest software tools and techniques to maintain an expert level of proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Photo & Video Editor or in a similar role, supported by a compelling portfolio demonstrating your editing and retouching skills.
• Advanced proficiency in photo editing software, with a focus on Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong grasp of photography principles, including composition, color theory, and image optimization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for image quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative visual ideas to enhance marketing projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• A degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with video editing software and the capability to edit short video clips to complement visual campaigns.
• Previous experience in the marketing industry or related fields, showcasing your adaptability to diverse client needs.
• Understanding of copyright and licensing regulations relevant to visual content within the marketing context.
