We are looking for an experienced and patient-friendly
Phlebotomist
to join our Home Care team. The role involves visiting patients at their homes for safe and efficient sample collection, ensuring accuracy, comfort, and timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.Key Responsibilities
Perform blood and sample collection during scheduled home visits. Ensure proper identification, labeling, and handling of all specimens. Maintain sample integrity during storage and transportation to the lab. Communicate appointment timings and pre-test instructions to patients. Provide a professional and reassuring experience to every patient. Update records and reports in the system accurately. Follow strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols. Ensure proper disposal of sharps and biohazard waste.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Phlebotomist (Home Care experience is an added advantage).
DHA license or eligibility
is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to various locations across Dubai. Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach.Salary
